SCOPE:

Finalised in August 2023, this multi-tenant industrial warehouse project, executed by Lee Group Electrical involved the base electrical fit-out of industrial tenancies and two office spaces within the facility.

Lee Group completed all the required reticulation, supply and installation of the main switchboard and distribution boards, internal and external energy efficient lighting, emergency lighting, security lighting, general power, and data and communications.
