SCOPE:

This state-of-the art library hub delivered in collaboration with St Hilliers was completed in February 2022.

The project included the construction of a new 653m2 library hub building with a forecourt, a revitalised adjoining greenspace/courtyard, a refurbished cultural centre facade with a foyer art gallery, and a refurbished annexe with meeting rooms equipped with modern technology. 

Lee Group was engaged to supply and install all meter panels, distribution boards, mains and submains cabling, electrical and communications reticulation, lighting, smart poles, power, emergency lighting, 240V smoke alarms, audio visual, MATV, hearing augmentation and the complete design and installation of a 50kW Solar System.

Our trusted subcontractors assisted with the communications, fibre, security, CCTV, access control, and the WAP supply and installation required as part of the project.
