SCOPE:

Working with Alliance Building & Construction, Lee Group Electrical completed the lighting and power installation for a brand new 24/7 state-of-the-art self-storage facility located in Pimpama, QLD.

Our responsibilities included providing the necessary electrical and communications infrastructure, installing a custom 180 amp three-phase meter panel, and implementing fire-rated submains for three elevators within the facility. Additionally, we installed CCTV, intercom systems, as well as all lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems.
